Secure Your Enrollment

Please complete the following steps to secure your enrollment in the Pre-College Writing, Public Speaking, & Math Camp.

Step 1: Accept Your Admission Offer & Pay Your Registration

To accept your admission offer and pay the $50 non-refundable registration fee (includes textbooks & camp t-shirt), please click the button below.

$50 Registration Fee Payment Deadline:

The non-refundable registration fee of $50 is due at the time when you accept your admission offer.

Step 2: Secure Your Seat in Your Summer Camp Session

Payment Policies

For 2 Week Summer Camp Sessions

To secure your child’s seat in the 2 Week summer camp sessions, parents must pay the $50 non-refundable registration fee (includes textbooks and camp t-shirt) and the total cost of their child’s summer camp fee.


For 4, 7 & 9 Week Summer Camp Sessions

To secure your child’s seat in the 4, 7 & 9 Week summer camp sessions, parents must pay the $50 non-refundable registration fee (includes textbooks and camp t-shirt) and a non-refundable deposit which is 50% of the total cost of their child’s summer camp fee. Parents will make 4, 7 or 9 equal weekly payments towards the remaining balance due on their child’s NAPCA student account during the 4, 7 or 9 week program session. The student’s weekly payment amount will be provided in your child’s acceptance letter along with other important details to help parents secure their child’s enrollment in our summer camp.

3 Ways to Secure Your Seat in the Summer Camp

There are 3 ways for you to pay your total cost of attendance or 50% non-refundable deposit: OnlinePostage Mail, and Hand Deliver to Summer Camp Office. 

 

1. Online: Parents can pay online with a major credit card or bank debit card. VISA, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and others are accepted. To pay online, visit napcaonline.org/summer-camp-online-payment/.

 

2. Postage Mail: Parents can mail in a cashiers check from a Bank institution or money order from USPS, Walmart, Western Union, or MoneyGram. Please include the student’s full name, program location/session date, and date of birth on your cashier’s check or money order. Please make checks payable to “NAPCA Foundation”.

3. Hand Deliver to Summer Camp Office: Parents can hand deliver their cashier’s check or money order to the summer camp office located at the following address:

Step 3: Complete and Upload Required Participation Forms

Description: Blanket liability waiver for the student’s participation in on-campus and off- campus activities associated with the NAPCA program.

Description: An agreement between the parent(s) or guardian(s), the student and the Pre-College Writing, Public Speaking, & Math Camp on the rules and expectations of students enrolled in the program.

Optional Forms

Below are optional forms for students and their parents to complete.

Description: Provides permission for our staff to release students from NAPCA at the end of each day without having a parent/guardian or designated person to pick up student.

Prepare For Your Arrival

Once your required forms are submitted and your cost of attendance is paid, it’s time to get ready to attend the Pre-College Writing, Public Speaking, & Math Camp! Below are some steps you need to take to prepare for your arrival.

Step 1: Transportation Arrangements 

Students must arrange for their own transportation to and from the Pre-College Writing, Public Speaking, & Math Camp.


Step 2: What to Bring to the Summer Camp

To make sure you’re ready for the Pre-College Writing, Public Speaking, & Math Camp, we’ve put together a list of required and recommended items to bring with you to the summer camp.

Step 3: Order Your Meal Plan For The First Week 

Parents must complete the weekly meal plan form the Sunday before their program session start date by 11:59 pm. To complete and submit the weekly meal plan form, visit napcaonline.org/summer-camp-weekly-meal-plan.

Cost of Weekly Meal Plan: $30.00

A weekly lunch menu will be provided to all parents via email at the beginning of each week during the summer camp.

Note: If you do not pay for a weekly meal plan before the start of the program session, your child will be expected to bring their own lunch every day for the first week of the program session.

Program Arrival & Check-In Day Details

  • Program schedules will be emailed to all admitted students prior to the program start date.
  • NAPCA staff will send admitted students an email with driving directions, parking instructions, and program check-in details.

During The Program

I. Make Your Weekly Payments

Parents are required to make weekly payments every Monday by 6pm towards the remaining balance due on their child’s NAPCA student account. We do not prorate weekly tuition for any days missed by a student including holidays during the week. No exceptions. Your child’s weekly payment amount can be found in your child’s acceptance letter.

II. Purchase Weekly Meal Plan

Parents must complete the weekly meal plan form every week by Friday 11:59 pm in order to have weekly meals for their child for the upcoming week. To complete and submit the weekly meal plan form, visit napcaonline.org/summer-camp-weekly-meal-plan

Cost of Weekly Meal Plan: $30.00

III. Register For Weekly Field Trip

Parents will need to register their child for the weekly field trip by completing the weekly field trip form once a week. The cost of the field trips will be provided to you on or before the first day of the program session.
