Welcome to the NAPCA Office of Student Accounts Page!

On this page, the NAPCA Office of Student Accounts provides parents with useful information and links that will help parents make payments online, download receipts for all transanctions, see your account history, download important forms, and more.

NAPCA will send the parent a username and password via email for their child’s NAPCA student account once the student and parent have completed the online “Accept Your Admission Offer Form” and paid their registration fee. If you forget your username or password you can retrieve your login information by clicking the “Forgot your username or password?” link on the NAPCA Student Accounts Login Page.

Note: To complete the online “Accept Your Admission Offer Form” and to pay the registration fee, visit http://napcaonline.org/accept-your-admission-offer-weekend-academy/.

 

To create your own personal username and password, please follow the steps below:

 

Step 1: Visit the NAPCA Student Accounts Login Page and login to your student account using the username and password provided to you by NAPCA via email.

 

Step 2:

  • Go to your profile settings by clicking the “Profile” link at the top right corner of your NAPCA student account homepage.
  • Once you’re in your profile settings, you will see a section titled “Login Information”. Here you will be able to create your own username and password.

 

Note: You will need the generated password from the email sent from NAPCA in order to create a new password.

 

Step 3: Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

 

To access your NAPCA student account to make an online payment or view all of your payments and transactions, simply visit the NAPCA Student Accounts Login Page and enter your username and password.

Visit http://napcaonline.org/accept-your-admission-offer-weekend-academy/  to accept your admission offer and pay your $50 non-refundable registration fee.

Online

There are two ways to make a payment online.

  1. Visit the NAPCA Student Accounts Login Page and login to your NAPCA student account using the username and password provided to you by NAPCA or the username and password you created.
  2. Go to www.napcaonline.org/online-payment and fill out our “Online Payment Form”.

 

Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Personal Check

Parents can mail in or hand deliver a cashier’s check or personal check from a Bank institution or money order from USPS, Walmart, Western Union, or MoneyGram. Please include the student’s full name, program location/session date, and date of birth on your cashier’s check, personal check, or money order. Please make checks payable to “NAPCA Foundation”.

Note: A fee of $25 will be charged to the student’s account for a non sufficient funds check received or returned check.

Cash

Although we prefer one of the other two forms of payment, we do accept cash. Cash payments can be made in person to the NAPCA weekend academy office at the following address:
