Congratulations on your admission to the Weekend Academy! On this page, you will find useful information and links that will help you prepare for your arrival and your stay during the program.

Secure Your Enrollment

Please complete the following steps to secure your enrollment in the Weekend Academy.

Step 1: Accept Your Admission Offer & Pay Your Registration

To accept your admission offer and pay the $50 non-refundable registration fee (includes textbooks & camp t-shirt), please click the button below.

$50 Registration Fee Payment Deadline:

The non-refundable registration fee of $50 is due at the time when you accept your admission offer.

Enrollment Policies

Payment Policy:

Parents are required to pay their monthly membership fee on the 1st of every month during the Fall and/or Spring semester their child is enrolled.

 

Prorate Policy:

We do not prorate for any missed or sick days. No Exceptions.

3 Ways to Secure Your Seat in the Weekend Academy

There are 3 ways for you pay your monthly membership fee or $50 registration fee: OnlinePostage Mail, and Hand Deliver to Summer Camp Office. 

 

1. Online: Parents can pay online with a major credit card or bank debit card. VISA, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and others are accepted. To pay online, visit napcaonline.org/student-accounts.

 

2. Postage Mail: Parents can mail in a cashiers check from a Bank institution or money order from USPS, Walmart, Western Union, or MoneyGram. Please include the student’s full name, program location/session date, and date of birth on your cashier’s check or money order. Please make checks payable to “NAPCA Foundation”.

3. Hand Deliver to Weekend Academy Office: Parents can hand deliver their cashier’s check or money order to the weekend academy office located at the following address:

Step 3: Complete and Upload Required Participation Forms

Required Forms

All students and their parents are required to complete the following Participation Forms:

Description: Blanket liability waiver for the student’s participation in on-campus and off- campus activities associated with the NAPCA program.

Description: Provides permission to NAPCA to photograph/film students during class and activities and to use photos and videos for promotional use (website).

Description: Medical information that is required in case of an admission to a local hospital.

Description: An agreement between the parent(s) or guardian(s), the student and the Pre-College Writing, Public Speaking, & Math Camp on the rules and expectations of students enrolled in the program.

Description: Provides permission for our staff to release students from NAPCA to designated person(s) other than the parent or guardian.

Optional Forms

Below are optional forms for students and their parents to complete.

Description: Provides permission for our staff to release students from NAPCA at the end of each day without having a parent/guardian or designated person to pick up student.

Prepare For Your Arrival

Once your required forms are submitted and your cost of attendance is paid, it’s time to get ready to attend the Weekend Academy! Below are some steps you need to take to prepare for your arrival.

Students must arrange for their own transportation to and from the Weekend Academy.

Program Arrival & Check-In Day Details

  • Program schedules will be emailed to all admitted students prior to the program start date.
  • NAPCA staff will send admitted students an email with driving directions, parking instructions, and program check-in details.

During The Program

I. Pay Your Monthly Membership

Parents are required to pay their monthly membership fee on the 1st of every month of the Fall and/or Spring semester. We do not prorate your membership for any days missed by a student including holidays. No exceptions.

II. Register For Monthly Field Trip

Parents will need to register their child for the monthly field trip by completing the monthly field trip form once a month. The cost of the field trips will be provided to you on or before the first day of the program session. To complete the monthly field trip form, visit napcaonline.org/monthly-field-trip-form.
